Ancelotti: Ozil left because he feared competition

The Germany international recently stated that he left Madrid because he felt Ancelotti did not believe in him.

However, the former PSG boss has insisted that the 25-year-old opted to move on due to the stiff competition for places instead.

"Ozil wasn't comfortable. I knew he'd been speaking with another club because he wanted to leave,  Ancelotti told Onda Cero.

"Mesut understood that he had competition, that he wouldn't be able to play every game, and 'I'm off' was his answer.

"I prefer to have [Angel] Di Maria for the team's balance. Di Maria is better than Ozil for group dynamics."

Ancelotti then went on to voice his opinion that Cristiano Ronaldo deserves to win the Fifa Ballon d'Or following his fine performances this year.

"It's simple. For me the best player right now is Cristiano," he continued.

"He's the top scorer in the league, the top scorer in the Champions League and if we talk about technical quality he is the best.

"He has a great professionalism and seriousness, before and after training. That is the key to be at his level. He has not missed a minute [of training], nor does he want to."

Ancelotti also believes Gareth Bale - who joined Madrid in a world-record €100million deal in September - has what it takes to emulate Ronaldo as he's approaching peak fitness.

"Bale can follow in Ronaldo's footsteps," he said.

"Many players had great problems in Madrid when they first joined. I am told the Bernabeu even whistled [Zinedine] Zidane initially."

Bale has scored four goals in nine appearances for Real Madrid so far.

Disney Princesses With Beards

In probably the weirdest and most unsettling commemoration of Movember (mustache November) that we’ve seen yet, blogger and illustrator Adam Ellis has created a series of images of Disney princesses with lush beards.

Did you ever wonder what Jasmine might look like with a long, black beard tied with ribbons, or how Cinderella would look with a robust mustache? No? Well that’s too bad, because what you are about to see cannot be unseen. The illustrations are simple but perfectly matched – you could imagine these bushy beards swirling and twirling as beautifully as these princesses’ dresses.

Ellis originally created a single picture of Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) with a bushy beard. After a Facebook fan urged him to create an entire series of bearded princesses, he quickly complied, leading to this wonderful collection of pogonotrophic princesses that he posted on Buzzfeed.

Movember is not just a fun opportunity for men to grow out a mustache or beard. The world-wide Movember organization encourages men to raise awareness about men’s health issues and raise money to research treatments and cures.

CAPITAL AND INTEREST IN A BEST BANK

Capital and interest The most common way to repay a secured mortgage loan is to make regular payments of the capital (also called the principal) and interest over a set term.[citation needed] This is commonly referred to as (self) amortization in the U.S. and as a repayment mortgage in the UK. A mortgage is a form of annuity (from the perspective of the lender), and the calculation of the periodic payments is based on the time value of money formulas. Certain details may be specific to different locations: interest may be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year, for example; interest may be compounded daily, yearly, or semi-annually; prepayment penalties may apply; and other factors. There may be legal restrictions on certain matters, and consumer protection laws may specify or prohibit certain practices. Depending on the size of the loan and the prevailing practice in the country the term may be short (10 years) or long (50 years plus). In the UK and U.S., 25 to 30 years is the usual maximum term (although shorter periods, such as 15-year mortgage loans, are common). Mortgage payments, which are typically made monthly, contain a capital (repayment of the principal) and an interest element. The amount of capital included in each payment varies throughout the term of the mortgage. In the early years the repayments are largely interest and a small part capital. Towards the end of the mortgage the payments are mostly capital and a smaller portion interest. In this way the payment amount determined at outset is calculated to ensure the loan is repaid at a specified date in the future. This gives borrowers assurance that by maintaining repayment the loan will be cleared at a specified date, if the interest rate does not change. Some lenders and 3rd parties offer a bi-weekly mortgage payment program designed to accelerate the payoff of the loan. An amortization schedule is typically worked out taking the principal left at the end of each month, multiplying by the monthly rate and then subtracting the monthly payment. This is typically generated by an amortization calculator using the following formula: p = \frac{P_0\cdot r\cdot (1+r)^n}{(1+r)^n-1} where: P_0 is the initial principal r is the percentage rate used each payment; for a monthly payment, take the Annual Percentage Rate (APR)/12 months n is the number of payments; for monthly payments over 30 years, 12 months x 30 years = 360 payments.
